She guided me through a series of decisions to get the house ready. Her recommendations about paint colors were especially helpful. All that led to a quick sale at the price I wanted. She then made the closing process wonderfully painless. I highly recommend her!

We were looking for an Income property and had a fairly narrow price range that made sense. Jen found several properties within that range and when we bumped our budget a bit found exactly what we needed. She worked long hours and was very responsive even at odd hours ..important in a hot market like Missoula! Jen provided a lot more service than I expected from a realator. She had excellent recommendations for mortgage broker, contractors and other professionals we needed to close the sale and get the property in shape. Jen made several trips to the property to let contractors in or accompany us on inspections. As an out of town buyer this extra service and local connections was invaluable.

Her knowledge and expertise guided this homeowner to a proper pricing and listing such that we got an offer on first day. However, it was a little below listing. We passed on that offer and in less than two weeks had a full offer on the property. Well done! I want to add that she has a good eye for framing of pictures and she also did the 3D video of the home. Both of which presented my property as a desirable house.
